To commemorate the anniversary of Omniscient Longchen Rabjam's parinirvana and Dodrupchen Rinpoche's recent parinirvana, Khenchen Guru will offer the transmission of Ladrup Thigle Gyachen and a heart teaching on "The Mirror-like Essential Instruction of Ultimate Meaning" by Longchenpa. This is a complete practice instruction to attain enlightenment, depending upon one's perseverance and devotion, together with a sufficient accumulation of merit. The weekend's teachings will include a Ladrup Thigle Gyachen tsok on Saturday with a recitation of the swift rebirth prayer for Dodrupchen Rinpoche, and will conclude with a mandala offering on Sunday. All local sangha are invited to attend in person at the Palyul Ohio temple where a monitor to view Rinpoche will be set up.
